Although we go to great lengths to make a perfect product and get it to you in perfect condition, sometimes things happen! If there is a problem with our product or if shipping damage has occurred, please call us immediately for instructions at 1-800-578-3767 or email us at dpms@dpmsinc.com.

Return/Refund Instructions For Unused Products

No merchandise will be accepted without a 12% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned COD will not be accepted; no exceptions. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased (a printed copy of the internet order confirmation for web orders). Please fill out and print a copy of the Return/Repair form to be included with your return. No merchandise will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the box. This return number can be obtained from our order desk at 1-800-578-3767. Merchandise returned must be repacked in such a way as it is in saleable condition when received; no writing on internal boxes, etc. Remember to insure all shipments. Should you request a refund on the unused part we will send a refund check within 14 days after receipt of returned part, less 12% for restocking costs. Refunds are valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

Damaged Merchandise Instructions

If your product was shipped via UPS, call UPS toll free at 1-800-225-5877 and ask for a damage inspection. Save shipping cartons and documents. Call DPMS and we will follow up to assure your satisfaction. For truck-lines freight damage, call DPMS at 1-800-578-3767

DPMS Warranty Repair Form

When returning a product to DPMS for repair, please fill out and print the Return/Repair Form to send with your returned item. Be sure to call the DPMS Repair Department at 1-800-578-3767 for an RMA number to be used on the form. All merchandise sent for repair must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which it was purchased (a printed copy of the internet order confirmation for web orders).
